Why Participant Training Matters
We cannot expect mentors or mentees to have all the knowledge necessary to be in a successful mentorship, prior to participating in the program. It is vital to ensure that all participants feel confident and supported in navigating the program and their specific mentorship - which Mentor Collective helps you ensure through training and additional resources.
The on-demand delivery system allows participants to take the training whenever and wherever they like, at a time that fits into their busy schedule. Participants are guided through an interactive, engaging series of text- and video-based lessons. They can also review training materials as often as they like throughout the program, if they need a refresher.
The communication and relationship building skills gained through Mentor Collective’s training not only benefit participants in their mentorship, but also better prepare them to succeed in their academic, professional, and personal lives.
