What is the Participant Dashboard?
The Participant Dashboard is a web application that mentees and mentors will access and utilize throughout their mentorship journey. The Dashboard is where participants will register for the program, complete onboarding steps, view information about their counterpart, log conversations and flags, and review resources to support their mentorship experience.

Home Page
The Home page is where mentors and mentees land when they log in to their Participant Dashboard. The content varies slightly, based on the participant type and what steps they have completed, but generally, participants will see the following on their Home page:
- A notification area (when applicable), encouraging participants to complete important onboarding steps or letting them know that the search for their best possible match is underway
- A “Counterpart” card for each counterpart (up to 3), which includes their name and profile image, and the option to log a conversation - and participants can click on card to get more details about that individual counterpart
- A Discover resources section, which features career resources, including access to Roadtrip Nation, an award-winning producer of career exploration content
- A Mentorship checklist, which houses all of the tasks to complete in a program, such as completing a matching survey, completing mentor training, uploading a photo, etc.
- A “My Goal(s)” section (mentees only), either encouraging mentees to select a goal in their matching survey, or reminding them of their selected goal and relevant resources
- A “Mentorship Tips” section, providing resources prior to their first conversation that explain what will be expected of participants during their mentorship experience
Mentorships Page
The Mentorships page displays a counterpart card for every mentee / mentor that a participant is matched with in their program. Participants can log conversations directly from this page for any counterpart, or resolve any issues getting in contact with their counterpart. They can click on the counterpart card to see more information about that individual and their mentorship.
Counterpart Card
When a participant clicks on a counterpart card, they will be redirected to a new page with additional information about their match.
- A “Counterpart” card for each counterpart, which includes their name and profile image, and the option to either log a conversation or or address any difficulty getting in touch with their counterpart.
- A “Contact Information” card, with contact information their counterpart provided and the frequency they would like to connect, reported from their matching survey
- A "Conversation Sparks" card, an AI-powered tool that provides suggested conversation prompts based on the mentor and mentee's matching survey
- A “Goals” card (mentors only), with insight into what goal(s) the mentee would like support with, and available resources to support efforts towards that goal
- An “About” card, with detailed information about their counterpart, based on information they provided in their matching survey
- An “Conversations” card, with detailed information from any post-sessions surveys and/or flags (mentors only) the individual has reported for that specific mentorship
Resources Page
The Resources page displays all available standard and custom resources your program has opted to provide. Participants can access the page at any time to review resources to support in their mentorship, and can filter by:
- Mentee goal, referencing the goal(s) that mentees can select in their matching survey
- Topic area, referencing high level categories that describe the type of content
Flags Page
The Flags page displays a table of all the flags that the individual has submitted for all of their mentees, including flag status that you’ve assigned to each of these flags. However, the Flags page can be disabled if you prefer that mentors do not see the flag status.
The Flags page is only visible to mentors.
Community Page
The Community page displays more information about other participants in the program. The Community page includes:
- Onboarding videos, recordings of participants introducing themselves and sharing why they wanted to participate in the program
- Testimonial videos, recordings of participants a few months into their mentorship, reflecting on their experience so far
The goal of the Community page is to help foster a sense of belonging in mentees and mentors and provide connection to those in the entire program, beyond their individual mentorship.
