You will have access to Mentor Collective's extensive resources throughout your entire partnership, to ensure that your institution can take full advantage of Mentor Collective’s platform and services.
Partner Education
The Partner Knowledge Center contains comprehensive resource material to aid all partners in onboarding to the Mentor Collective platform, and optimizing it for their individual program. In addition, Mentor Collective offers monthly Training & Education webinars as an opportunity to learn tips and best practices from Mentor Collective and other partner institutions.
As Mentor Collective releases a new feature or product improvement, you will also receive an email with all of the details to ensure you can take full advantage of any new opportunities.
Program Consultation
Each partner will have a designated Mentor Collective representative. Your representative can provide consultation on program design and strategy, recommend curriculum and program customizations, and share best practices, research, and successful details from the collective knowledge of Mentor Collective partners.
Partner Support
All partners have direct access to our expert Support team (partnersupport@mentorcollective.org), available to answer your technical and product-related questions, as well as complete technical requests. This will allow you more time to focus on the strategic aspects of your program.
Participant Support
Mentor Collective's platform provides participant support through automated messaging, a Participant Dashboard, and our participant helpdesk (help@mentorcollective.org). From registration and onboarding to ongoing engagement in the program, these resources provide essential information for prospective and current participants and our helpdesk team promptly answers any questions they may have.
Real-Time Insights
The Partner Dashboard contains a wealth of information about your program and your participants, including demographic, participation, engagement, and assessment data. Identify trends in knowledge or support gaps, compare melt, persistence, retention, and/or graduation rates to non-mentored students, and apply insights to your student success strategy.
Program & Participant Updates
Mentor Collective’s platform sends a monthly email with a high-level program overview, and real-time email for any flags reported about a challenge that a mentee is facing. We know that not all stakeholders will constantly review the Partner Dashboard data, and Mentor Collective’s updates allow these individuals to quickly review program performance and/or provide prompt support to participants.
