Corporate Assessment Surveys

Below is the survey content included for programs with the Corporate program design. These are the questions asked of mentees at the beginning, middle, and end of the program. There are no mentor assessment surveys for Corporate programs. All questions are required unless otherwise noted. 

Mentees

Start of Program

Read each statement carefully and decide whether the statement describes you as a person (1 = not true for me; 5 = very true for me).

  1. How confident are you in your ability to accurately assess your abilities?
  2. How confident are you in your ability to make a plan of your goals for the next five years?
  3. How confident are you in your ability to describe the job duties of the career/occupation you would like to pursue?
  4. How confident are you in your ability to persistently work at your career goal even when you get frustrated?
  5. How confident are you in your ability to get involved in a work experience relevant to your future goals?
  6. Considering my career as a whole, I have been recognized for my contributions.
  7. Considering my career as a whole, I am proud of the quality of the work I have produced.
  8. Considering my career as a whole, I think my work has been meaningful.
  9. Considering my career as a whole, I have felt as though I am in charge of my own career.
  10. Considering my career as a whole, I have expanded my skill sets to perform better.
  11. Considering my career as a whole, my career is personally satisfying.
  12. I am good at completing the things I’ve been assigned to do.
  13. Seeing the big picture comes easy for me.
