Thanks for taking the matching survey! By typing your name below, you agree to the following Mentor Code of Conduct:

As a member of the PROGRAM NAME I, NAME will...

  1. Reach out twice per month to support admitted students with whom I have been matched.
  2. Use the Discussion Guides on app.mentorcollective.org as needed.
  3. Click "Log Conversation" on app.mentorcollective.org at the end of each conversation, to share my insights with my school.
  4. Notify Mentor Collective if I am no longer able to meet the program expectations.
  5. Obey the law in all activities relating to my participation in this program.
  6. Treat my mentee(s) as an individual, not a country, race, class, gender, or stereotype.
  7. Keep any meetings with mentees under 18 virtual (videochat, email, text, etc.).
  8. If I believe (to the best of my judgement) that my mentee is emotionally or physically at risk, I will share my concern with help@mentorcollective.org and/or my school.
