- Participant Empowerment: Participants can now take control if their mentorship isn’t meeting their needs, including options for automatic rematching with a new mentor or mentee.
- Direct Support: Participants can easily connect with their institutions for assistance in engaging with their mentor or mentee.
- Increased Transparency: Administrators can now access detailed reporting on mentorship re-engagement directly from the Partner Dashboard as seen below.
