We're excited to share a new feature that will give participants even more control over their video testimonials, reinforcing their autonomy and building greater trust in the platform.
What's New?
Participants can now update the privacy settings of their mentorship story videos at any time. While they've always been able to set their privacy preference at the time of upload, we've added a new option that allows them to later update their videos to "Private" directly from their Participant Dashboard.
When a video is marked private:
- It will no longer be shared with other participants or used in any marketing materials.
- It will remain accessible to you in the 'Private' tab of the Community page for your review and records.
Why This Matters
This update is a key step toward building a more transparent relationship with your participants. By giving them greater control over their data, we're not only honoring their privacy but also fostering a stronger, more engaged community. A positive user experience and increased trust reduce friction and allow both of us to focus on what’s most important: helping your participants succeed.
