Historically, designing a program required multiple lengthy meetings and manual workbooks. With Program Designer, we are shifting to a more flexible, on-demand experience that allows you to make key decisions on your own schedule without sacrificing expert guidance.

Technical Details
❓Does the Program Design link/access expire?
The link to the agent does not expire, but access will be toggled off once the final configuration is submitted and approved, until you’re ready to launch your next program. In between configurations, you’ll always have access to your Design History, beginning with your first launch using the Program Designer.
❓How long will the Program Designer take to complete?
While it varies by program complexity, it is designed to replace approximately 3 hours of traditional synchronous meetings with a conversational session of 30 minutes to an hour, depending on whether you’re launching a program with Mentor Collective for the first time or confirming decisions made for previous programs.
❓Can multiple people coordinate on the Program Designer?
Mentor Collective recommends designating one partner per program to own the Program Designer process to ensure a consistent vision.
❓What does Program Designer consider when making suggestions?
The agent’s questions, context, and suggestions are influenced by:
- 10+ years of Mentor Collective expertise and proprietary data
- All educational materials in the Partner Knowledge Center
- Program recruitment benchmarks, based on 280+ launches per year
- Information and context already discussed with your CSM (provided by your CSM)
- Your insight, questions, and responses when speaking with the agent
For those working on a returning program, the following will also be considered:
- Previous program decisions and configurations
- Previous program’s performance
❓I didn’t receive an email introducing me to the Program Designer - what should I do?
You can access the Program Designer directly through your Partner Dashboard by clicking on “Admin Center” in your profile menu, then on “Program Designer” and "Go To Agent" for the relevant program. If you’re unable to begin the session, contact your CSM to ensure access has been toggled on.
