Dashboard Page - At a Glance Panel

The At a Glance panel on the Dashboard homepage gives you relevant, quick, high-level visibility into your program’s progress. This panel shows you the top 2-5 data points for your program, based on which phase your program is currently in. When you change to a new phase, it will update automatically to show you the newly relevant data points.

Program Phases

The majority of Mentor Collective programs go through four phases:

1. Pre-launch: Before any mentors or mentees have registered for your program. 
   • In this phase, the focus is typically on inviting mentors.
2. Recruitment: After the first mentee or mentor registers for your program, but before any matches are made. 
   • In this phase, the focus is on getting mentees and mentors to register and complete their onboarding steps (matching survey and training).
3. Matching: After the first match is made in your program. 
   • In this phase, the focus is on creating the best possible mentorship matches for your mentees.
4. Engagement: One month after the first match is made. 
   • In this phase, the focus is on monitoring mentor and mentee conversations, flags, and assessment data.

The current phase is displayed at the top of the “At a Glance” panel. 

How Can I Use These Insights?

• Quickly review progress. As its name suggests, the At a Glance panel can provide the most relevant, high-level data stakeholders need to stay updated on the program’s progress, particularly for those who don’t need to dig into the deep details of the data. Reviewing the panel on a weekly or monthly cadence is a quick and easy way to stay informed and engaged!
• Share program updates. The At a Glance panel is a great opportunity for program administrators to share quick data with stakeholders who either don’t use or don’t have access to the Partner Dashboard.
