How Can I Use These Insights?
The Participants page gives you a convenient directory of all the people in your program, and can help you achieve your program goals in a number of ways.
- Identify target populations. Does your program specifically strive to support a specific subpopulation of participants? Do your institution’s Deans want to see which participants are from their college? Filter by standard participant demographics and characteristics, or by institution-provided data in order to only view the desired participant population.
- Assist participants in completing onboarding steps. Filter participants by program status (“Registered”) and/or matching survey and training completion. This will give you a handy list of people who may need reminders to complete their matching survey and/or mentor training in order to be matched.
- Support participants based on assessment survey responses. Filter participants by average scores below 3 on your program’s assessment areas. Review strategies for addressing low assessment scores here.
- Provide timely and relevant resources. Your institution or program may be providing an opportunity or hosting an event for a specific population. Filter by standard participant demographics and characteristics, or by institution-provided data in order to identify a list of students who may benefit from a reminder about upcoming opportunities.
