Logging In to Your Partner Dashboard
New Partners:
If you are new to Mentor Collective, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in.
Continuing Partners:
Partners can always log in to the Partner Dashboard via: https://app.mentorcollective.org.
- If your program requires login through SSO, click “Sign In with Institutional Credentials.”
- If your program does not require SSO, enter the email and password you originally created.
There is also a specific URL for your institution that uses an institution-specific subdomain, logo, and sign in process. The URL will look something like: https://institution.mentorcollective.org. Talk with your Mentor Collective representative if you do not know what your specific URL is.
Forgot Your Password?

If your program requires login through SSO, you will need to use your institutional password reset process.
- Mentor Collective does not control login credentials for programs using SSO.
- If your program does not require SSO, click the “Forgot Password?” button.

Account Profile Settings
Access your Profile Settings by clicking on the dropdown next to your name, on the top right corner of the Partner Dashboard:
Within your Personal Settings, you can:
- Update your name and email
- Provide insight into your institution and role
- Reset your password
Navigating Multiple Programs
Institutions may have multiple mentorship programs at a time and/or multiple mentorship programs across multiple years. If you have access to multiple programs’ Dashboards, by default, the most recent program’s data will appear when you first login.
However, if you would like to navigate to a different program, you can do so by clicking on the dropdown next to your name, on the top right corner of the Partner Dashboard. Then, you can select a specific program to view under the “Switch Program” section:
