Program History is a dashboard that brings together performance data across your mentorship programs—whether by department, campus, or year—into a single, unified view. Instead of navigating multiple dashboards or exporting raw data for comparison, you can quickly evaluate performance, track trends over time, and identify which programs, cohorts, or strategies drive the strongest participant outcomes.

Accessing Program History
To access the Program History dashboard, log in to your Mentor Collective Partner Dashboard (app.mentorcollective.org). Then, click your name in the upper-right corner and select “Program History” in the dropdown menu.

At a Glance Tiles
The At a Glance tiles, found on the Overview Tab, provides a high-level summary of all participant activity across all programs. It includes the total number of participants invited, registered, and matched, along with the total number of conversations logged and flags submitted.
This view makes it easy to understand the program’s overall impact over time.
Participants Invited and Matched
The Participants Invited and Matched table, found on the Overview Tab, breaks down the number of mentors and mentees who were invited, registered, and matched, along with the program's progress towards their match goal.
This view makes it simple to compare participation trends year-by-year and/or across initiatives.
Engagement Stats
The Engagement Stats table breaks down key engagement metrics across programs, including total conversations logged, mentorships with three or more conversations, and flags that are submitted, pending, and resolved.
This view enables quick evaluation of engagement levels for a single program over time and across program initiatives.
Flag Comparison Across Programs
The Flags Comparison Across Programs graph, found on the Engagement Tab, displays a visual comparison of the top 5 flag topics between two programs or the ability to benchmark a single program against all others.
This chart makes it easier to spot patterns in what your participants are struggling with, and note and outliers that may require attention.
To use the chart, begin by selecting any two programs to compare their priority flags, or choose “All Programs” to view overall trends. The chart will display only the flag topics used by the selected program(s), so you may see some shared topics as well as some that are unique to each program. As a reminder, flag topics can vary based on how each program is set up, including any flag customizations.
Flag Resolution Over Time
The Flag Resolution Over Time graph, found on the Engagement Tab, allows you to monitor how flags are reported and processed over time, visualizing the ratio of resolved vs. unresolved flags.
This gives you clear visibility into your team's response efficiency and highlights opportunities to improve follow-up and reporting processes.
