The Resources page is home to all standard and custom participant resources that are attached to your program.
You can filter through the resources based on mentee goals and/or topics. Participants are similarly able to filter by mentee goals and/or resource topics in their Participant Dashboard.

Individual Resource Page
When you click on the link for an individual resource, you’ll be taken to that resource’s content.
In addition to the content, you can review the Resource details side panel, containing:
- Goals attached to this resource
- Topics attached
- Shareable link to the resource for participants
If you would like to share a resource with a participant in your program, you can easily do this by using the Copy to clipboard button, which will allow you to copy and paste the link into an email. Only individuals who are registered for the program will be able to access the resource.
How Can I Use These Resources?
You can use the library of resources in many ways to support your participants, such as:
- Respond to participant needs. Review flags reported and identify any resource topics that may be relevant to participants’ struggles. Filter resources by the identified resource topics, and share the link to related resources with participants needing support.
- Identify opportunities for custom resources. Are there no resources that address common conversation topics or reported flags? Create and add custom resources to ensure your participants have access to necessary information.
- Provide timely reminders. Share resources in alignment with your institution’s calendar or existing events, opportunities, deadlines, etc. For example, you may wish to share the “Networking” resource prior to your institution’s career fair or “Managing Schoolwork and Stress” prior to finals week.
- Guide discussions. Send a particular resource to participants, recommending they discuss the topic at their next mentorship meeting. This is especially helpful later in the program, when pairs may be struggling to think of new topics for discussion.
