On the Conversations Page, you can review a table of all of the conversations that have been logged via post session surveys in your program.
Use the search or filter features to find exactly the conversation(s) you’re looking for. If you’d like, you can also export conversations from this page to dig deeper into your conversation data.

How Can I Use These Insights?
The Conversations page and its fine-grained filter tool allow you to gain insights in many useful ways beyond the raw numbers of conversations logged:
- Identify conversation trends. Are you noticing a shift in conversation topics reported, depending on the time of year? Are pairs typically discussing more than one topic per conversation?
- Share your findings. This data could be highly valuable to institutional stakeholders across your campus. Share the trends you see, along with a quick demo on how conversation data is captured for additional context.
- Offer targeted resources. By searching for conversations on a particular topic, you can quickly generate a list of participants who may need support in this area.
- See conversation history of an individual participant. If you’re monitoring engagement for a specific individual, this page will let you access their conversation history. This can be particularly beneficial for programs with paid mentors.
FAQ
❓What is a post-session survey? How can participants log conversations?
- Learn more about conversations and how they are logged here.
❓The numbers around conversations don’t seem to line up in my program. What’s going on?
- Depending on the data point or Partner Dashboard page you are reviewing, conversation calculations may vary:
- Activities Page - displays every conversation reported, in every method
- Conversations Page - displays only conversations reported through post-session surveys, as this is the only method that provides insight into conversation topics
- Mentorship Details Page - the Survey Response Highlights table displays conversations reported through post-session surveys only if they responded to optional, open-ended questions
- “Conversations Logged” Data Point - in order to avoid double counting conversations a mentor and mentee both logged, the Dashboard will review both the mentor and mentee profile and the number of conversations they each reported, and select the higher of the two numbers
