Partner Dashboard: Participant Profile Page

The participant profile page provides detailed information about an individual participant in your program.

You can access a participant’s profile page in several ways, including by clicking on the participant’s name from the Participants Page, or by clicking the “See Profile” button on any Mentorship Details Page.

Participant Profile Panel

At the top left of the page, you’ll see the participant profile panel, which contains:

  • Profile picture
  • Role (Mentor or Mentee)
  • Name
  • Program status
  • Demographic information
  • Contact information
  • Custom attributes
  • Summary of their matching survey responses
    • This includes: academic Interests, hobbies, life experience, etc.

You can also deregister participants in this panel.

Top-Line Numbers

To the right of the participant profile panel, you’ll see a set of top-line numbers reporting the most-referenced data points for the participant. The data will vary slightly depending on the participant’s role in the program and program design, but generally includes:

  • Total conversations reported
  • Total priority flags reported
  • Average assessment area score(s)
  • [Mentors Only] Total number of matched mentees

Counterparts Table

The Counterparts data table will list the participant’s counterparts in your program. Mentees will have one person listed: their matched mentor. Mentors may have a list of several mentees, depending on the number of mentees they opted to support in their matching survey.

  • Use the double arrows next to Match date or Convos logged to sort the table
  • Click the “View pair” link on any line to go the Mentorship Details page for the pair

Activities Table

The participant’s activities will appear in the Activities table. This is similar to the Activities Page, but filtered so that you’ll only see activities pertaining to this particular participant.

  • Use the Filter Activities button to filter this table by activity type or date
  • Click on the arrow in the timestamp column to view oldest activities first
  • Click “see pair” to view the Mentorship Detail page for the pairing relating to that activity

How Can I Use These Insights?

  • Find individual participant insight. Has a participant reported a low Sense of Belonging score? Was a flag recently reported for them? You can use their profile page to get more context into who they are and their experiences in the program.
  • Review progress in a mentorship. The activities table on the Profile Page provides great insight into what actions that individual participant has taken, and if it aligns with an ideal mentorship progression. If not, you can choose to intervene.
